Welcome to My Pool Made Easy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Pool Made Easy website, online course, community, downloadable materials, videos, educational resources, and related services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using My Pool Made Easy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using My Pool Made Easy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase, access, or use the course, community, website, or related materials.

2. Educational and Informational Purposes

My Pool Made Easy provides educational and informational content intended to help swimming pool homeowners better understand pool maintenance, water chemistry, equipment, and related topics.

The information provided is general educational guidance and is not a substitute for instructions provided by chemical manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, licensed contractors, qualified pool professionals, electricians, plumbers, or other appropriate professionals.

Pool equipment, water conditions, local regulations, and individual circumstances vary. When manufacturer instructions, product labels, applicable laws, codes, or safety requirements differ from information presented by My Pool Made Easy, those requirements should be followed.

3. Chemical and Equipment Safety

Swimming pool maintenance may involve potentially hazardous chemicals, electricity, pressurized equipment, moving equipment, heat, and other risks.

You are responsible for reading and following all chemical labels, Safety Data Sheets when applicable, equipment manuals, manufacturer instructions, warnings, and applicable safety requirements.

Never mix pool chemicals unless specifically directed to do so by the chemical manufacturer. Appropriate personal protective equipment should be used when required.

Do not open, disassemble, service, or work on electrical, pressurized, heated, or mechanical equipment unless you are qualified to do so and the equipment has been properly shut down and made safe according to the manufacturer's instructions.

When a task is outside your knowledge, experience, or ability, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for decisions and actions you take regarding your swimming pool, including chemical selection and application, testing, equipment operation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

The recommendations provided through My Pool Made Easy cannot account for every pool, equipment configuration, environmental condition, water source, or individual circumstance.

You are responsible for determining whether information provided is appropriate for your particular pool and circumstances.

5. Purchases, Memberships, and Access

My Pool Made Easy offers two purchase options: a Monthly Membership and a Lifetime Membership. Both options provide access to the My Pool Made Easy course and community.

Monthly Membership

Customers purchasing a Monthly Membership receive access to both the My Pool Made Easy course and community while their membership remains active and payments remain current.

Monthly memberships automatically renew according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout until canceled.

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time to prevent future charges. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the course and community through the end of your current paid billing period. Your access will then end.

Cancellation of a monthly membership does not automatically initiate a refund. Refund eligibility and requests are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy in Section 6 below.

Lifetime Membership

Customers purchasing the Lifetime Membership receive lifetime access to both the My Pool Made Easy course and community for a single one-time payment.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as My Pool Made Easy continues to operate and make the applicable course and community services available.

The Lifetime Membership does not require recurring membership payments.

Personal Use

All purchases and memberships are intended for the individual purchaser's personal use.

Sharing account credentials, providing course or community access to another person, copying or redistributing course materials, or otherwise allowing unauthorized access is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused or these Terms have been violated.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Lifetime Membership

My Pool Made Easy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Lifetime Membership.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. Once a refund is issued, your access to both the course and community will be terminated.

Monthly Membership — First Payment

New Monthly Memberships are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the initial monthly payment only.

If you decide that My Pool Made Easy is not right for you during your first 30 days, you may request a refund of your initial monthly payment. If a refund is issued, your access to both the course and community will be terminated.

Monthly Membership — Subsequent Payments

After the initial monthly payment, subsequent monthly membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the course and community through the end of your current paid billing period. Your membership will not renew after that period.

Canceling your Monthly Membership does not automatically request or initiate a refund. If you are within the 30-day refund period for your initial monthly payment and would like a refund, you must separately submit a refund request to My Pool Made Easy.

Not using the course or community during a paid membership period does not qualify a subsequent monthly payment for a refund.

Requesting a Refund

To request an eligible refund, contact My Pool Made Easy using the contact information provided on our website within the applicable refund period. Please include enough information for us to identify your account and purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
